Gossamer-Threads - Links 2.0 mod

This script is a modification for Links 2.0 - Links Manager by Gossamer Threads Inc.

This modification allows you to build dynamic
"What's Cool" pages and also span the "What's Cool" pages.

Instructions in a text file: follow this.

Step 1:

File: dynpop_template.zip

Download this file from here. Extract the ZIP-file. Edit the paths and options in the dynpop.pl file. In the German version rename dynpop_deutsch.pl to dynpop.pl.
Then upload dynpop.pl where the other Links CGI files are stored on your server, like add.cgi or search.cgi. CHMOD the dynpop.pl.

Step 2:

File: dynpop.html

Upload the dynpop.html to your template directory and CHMOD it.
In the German version rename dynpop_deutsch.html to dynpop.html.

Step 3:

File: dynpop.txt

Upload the dynpop.txt file to your data directory where the other data files are stored on your server, like links.db or validate.db. CHMOD it writeable.

Try your script like the following:
http://www.yourserver.com/cgi-bin/dynpop.pl?template=dynpop.html
