Overall Hits Mod - Global

This modification allows you to show the overall hits with global tags on a Links 2.0 page.

Instructions in a text file: follow this.

Step 1:

Put

code: 


overallhits => &overallhits,
at the top of site_html_templates.pl in the globals section.

Step 2:

Copy the subroutine below and put it at the bottom in your site_html_templates.pl

Step 3:

Just put the tag below where ever you want the total number of hits to be displayed in your templates.
